Sometimes your flight may have a late arrival and the supermarkets may already be closed. If that is the case we can make some basic grocery shopping for you, so you don't get to the apartment without any basic supplies. You just have to send us a list of which products you would like to have upon your arrival and we will make sure they are in the apartment for you.
Car hire & transfer
If you need a rental car for your holiday, please let us know. We can give you the price list of a partner with whom we work. We can also arrange a transfer that will take you from the airport directly to the apartment. We also have a price list for this service.
For stays over 9 days, there is a weekly free maid service which also includes a change of bed linen and towels. Beach towels are not included. This service is done by a person of our trust, who has been working with us for the past five years.
If you have any doubts during your stay, need tips or have any problem at the apartment, myself or my son, Paulo, are just a phone call away. You can always contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions or solve any issue or come and help you out in any way.
Check-in & out
Either myself or Paulo will personally hand you over the key during the check-in. Afterwards we do a guided tour of the apartment, showing how all the equipment works and provide other important information. At the end of your stay we will come by the apartment to say goodbye and get your feedback about the holiday and the apartment. We are always open to your suggestions and really appreciate your feedback.
If your are arriving by bus, train or any other public transportation in Lagos or Praia da Luz, we can arrange to pick you up at the station and take you directly to your apartment. You just need to inform us at what time you will arrive and we will be there. We can also take you back to the station. This is a free service.
