Piedade Pereira
My name is Piedade, and I have been managing villas in the beautiful western Algarve for more than thirty years, most of my business coming from repeat bookings and new customers introduced by word of mouth.
Increasing family commitments, and the desire to offer an even greater personalized service to my clients, has led me to cut back my hectic schedule so that I now manage only 7 properties – 4 in Praia da Luz and 3 in Lagos.
I am Portuguese and my family has lived in Praia da Luz / Lagos area for generations so I am completely familiar with the area and its infrastructure. This means I can offer advice and directions to places that are not on the normal tourist map, and help with the travel arrangements to get you to them.
My oldest son, Paulo, recently joined our family business. He was living in Lisbon for the past 8 years, where he was studying and afterwards working in an advertising agency as an art director. However, he decided it was time to make a change in his life and wanted to come back to the Algarve in order to help me. Paulo and I speak fluently Portuguese, English and German.

Hello! My name is Paulo and I am currently working side-by-side with my mother, Piedade, in our family business. By the way, the lovely dog in the picture above is Puppy and she has been with us for almost 10 years.
Although I lived all my childhood in Lagos, I went to Lisbon in 2008 to complete a Batchelor in Management. Afterwards, I wanted to carry on with my studies so I did a Master in Marketing in the same university, ISCTE.
When I finished my master thesis I worked for 2 years in an advertising agency as a strategic planner. However I wanted to search for other fulfilling challenges and decided to make a big turn by studying design and creativity applied to advertising. After one year, I joined another advertising agency, but this time as an Art Director.
In 2017, after 1 year of being in that agency, I decided once again that it was time for a change. Like my mother states on the left, I came back home to help her with the family business. In my spare time, I still do some side projects related to design and photography. For instance, the current website was designed by me.
